What is Food service Management all about?

For you to get some idea, I post this entry. As a food service student, there were many practical class especially during diploma time for example Basic Western ( masak-masak kat dapur), Serving, and Housekeeping. For degree, Housekeeping again, Front Office, and Product Development ( create new innovation in food). I put some picture.
